The US Army Logistics Innovation Agency (LIA) is a field-operating agency of the Department of the Army, G-4. LIA had a requirement to interface with Joint organizations responsible for policy revisions and to automate to the maximum extent possible this policy monitoring and revision process within the US Army. Analyticx is a sub-contractor on this project and has assisted in the development of the Enterprise Policy and Process Interactive Capability (EPIC) to meet this requirement.

EPIC is an enterprise policy and process search and categorization tool for Army and Joint DoD policy, doctrine and manuals. The system is built on current web standards, making it available through any web browser. EPIC consumes policy documents in XML, PDF, MS Word and text formats, then chunks the documents and indexes the chunks for searching by end users. Chunks are defined as the smallest unit of policy which forms a complete concept or thought, usually occurring at the paragraph level.

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is a United States Department of Defense (DoD) combat support agency. DISA provides enterprise information technology services, command and control (C2) capabilities, information assurance, and net-centric information sharing across the Armed Services, Combatant Commands, and other joint mission partners. Analyticx has served as a sub-contractor on several joint projects with DISA, including the Spectrum Requirements Reallocation Analysis Capability (SRRAC) and the Joint Spectrum Data Repository (JSDR).

The Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO), a special component of DISA, required a research and development capability to facilitate spectrum reallocation analysis in order to provide a comprehensive, strategic view of DoD’s spectrum utilization. Analyticx assisted in the development of an integrated geospatial, business intelligence, and data analytics solution for DSO using Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software.

Analyticx is currently assisting in designing JSDR v2.0 under the Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS) program. The JSDR will provide a unified view and analysis of all spectrum-related data for DoD mission partners and the DoD spectrum community.

Expression Networks is a leading worldwide provider of e-business integration solutions for companies of all sizes. The company specializes in creating, powering and managing secure e-marketplaces where multiple buyers and sellers can exchange goods and services, collaborate on business opportunities and share information. Analyticx is currently serving as a sub-contractor on a joint project with The U.S. ARMY -- USASMDC/ARSTRAT.

Analyticx is providing project management and support services to Expression Networks on behalf of USASMDC/ARSTRAT as it relates to information management and data analytics proof of concept for the wideband satellite communications operation centers (WSOCs) for the 53rd signal battalion.

Greater Washington China Investment Center (GWCIC) is a public-private partnership, focusing on the Mid-Atlantic region, designed to help small to mid-sized companies with a range of business support services The GWCIC is dedicated to facilitating investment in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia that will lead to economic growth in the region and business success.

As part of a commissioned grant from the city of Washington, D.C., Analyticx was contracted by GWCIC to assist in the creation of a new strategy for the D.C. Mayor's office using data analytics and social media platforms.

Lantian Development is a real estate investment and development company headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. They focus on advancing medium to large-scale sustainable development within the metro Washington DC area. Analyticx has served as a project management and strategic adviser on a key investment property in their portfolio, an educational campus, located right outside Washington, D.C.

As part of this program, Analyticx sought to help build and grow Lantian’s Washington Global Learning Campus into a revenue-generating and world-class educational hub, primarily by leveraging vast networks to create introductions for partnerships and help create a high level vision for the campus to grow into. Analyticx also helped identify and recruit the individuals necessary to lease, manage and/or grow the campus.
